What a fantastic find to get a check of hers.   Wonder if any more are out there.  Charity Grace is probably among the hardest of the those actresses that actually had a major role in an episode.  It is odd she did so much TV in the 50s and 60s surely fans would have wrote in.  I think some of these it may be that stashed in some desk drawer or attic there are some.
