Will Wright (1894-1962)  played the cantankerous store owner Ben Weaver in three classic episodes of The Andy Griffith Show.  He is a difficult one to find this is an autograph clipped from a document or guest register probably from the 1930s.

This is neat, Scott! Looks like it's from one of those old Masquers sign in books. There is a wonderful and trustworthy seller out in California, named David Warheit, that used to do this, clip these Masquers sign in sheets from a book like this one. I bought a Syd Saylor from him one time that looked pretty much like this one. Great item, Scott!

That is a Nice Will Wright! I have one but it is from his early career so I have been told, when he went by Bill instead of Will! It is signed Bill Wight! It's the only one I have been able to find for my collection! Any thoughts on it? Or can anyone verify that he went by Bill early in his career? I asked Margaret Kerry about it and she said she only knew him as Will but she did not know him early in his career. Thanks for the Posts I'm really enjoying these!
