Can someone please give me there opinions on these ebay accounts. Hopefully I will get a response.

Upon doing ebay searches for autographs to add to my collection I am very upset when I search and find item after item that are gai and what do you know a lot of these sellers have a ton of quantity. Can someone check these account out and let me know what they think.

Hi All.

Thanks again for your feedback.

James, we stand by our statement above and more importantly, our product.

We are systematic when it comes to tracking our inventory. Still, we can only account for what was purchased from us.

We do sometimes service product to outside sellers. At least one independent seller attended the public signing in August. However, it is possible that these same sellers purchase(d) additional product elsewhere.

As stated above, we are not partners with any other sellers on eBay. To that end, we only operate one eBay store and manage one eBay username.

We would like to note that the majority of our Mike Trout listings/purchases came within the last two months, following our public signing.

As always, we encourage anyone who has questions regarding our collectibles to contact us via our eBay profile (http://myworld.ebay.com/dscauthentic), or via the channels listed on our website, www.dscauthentic.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

Please also let us know if we may put you in contact with PSA to help relieve that concern.

Thanks you for your consideration.

Graham - could you explain how the seller above,  mayes-authentics, could also have your "watermarked" signing picture while claiming the item came from the Frank & Son show?  It is not in your photo images although there is a "similar" one but if one looks close it is different enough.

Hello DB,

Excellent question. We allowed attendees of the Mike Trout Autograph Signing to bring their personal cameras. The photo above does not belong to DSC as we either use interlocking letters or our company logo for our watermark. Please find below an image from a recent Private Autograph Signing with DeSean Jackson for reference.

Once again, we encourage anyone who has questions regarding our collectibles to contact us via our eBay profile (http://myworld.ebay.com/dscauthentic), or via the channels listed on our website, www.dscauthentic.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Thanks Graham - it would strike me though that you'd be just a wee bit annoyed that an EBAY seller is using your trademark name on a photo, that was either taken at the Frank and Son Collectible Show that closely aligns to one that is posted on the DSC Images or was provided by DSC.

Unless of course, the image is a complete photoshop'd forgery.  Either way I am not getting any indication that DSC takes issue with such deception or usage.  Why is that?

DB,

We weren't aware of this use until you flagged it. Our immediate concern was not with the vendor, but rather, customer satisfaction. We will reach out to this vendor privately. Thank you for your concern.

If that is the case then there is even swifter action as using someone else's "picture" or "trademark" are complete violations of EBAY's policies and practices.  Having said that, I am interpreting that is the case in the instance cited with mayes-authentic.

If that is an incorrect interpretation, do advise.

Incidently, do you happen to know or can you identify the image of the individual on the Eagles Helmet?

@ DSC Authentic... You company's slogan use to be "Imitated, never duplicated". I guess you stopped using that one when you started duplicating.

@ DSC Authentic, I was looking both your feedback and mayes-authentics and it seems to be a miror image. You both started off selling GAI/GLOBAL items and then moved into Mike Trout, you can feed us all the b.s. you want but trust your going to fry. For the 2nd time who is the owner of your company, name please. Don't dodge the question.

Hi, James.

We are sorry you feel that way. As previously mentioned, we are happy to continue this discussion in person. Please feel free to contact us via the avenues provided.

All the best,
- DSC
