Can you post a photograph? By itself, Rosecrans isn't too valuable an autograph, as he doesn't have the best reputation and he lived quite a few years after the war. I would put the value between 1-200.

Comment by Matt abcde on May 26, 2014 at 5:10pm: My latest addition, it's a good one! It's a note written by America's first full-Admiral David Glasgow Farragut. It was written in 1864, on Farragut's flagship the USS Hartford, in Mobile Bay, just 24 days after the famous quote. Also signed by officers on the Steamer Aphrodite and the USS Rodolph. The USS Rodolph would be blown up by a Confederate mine on April 1st, 1865, just days before the end of the war.
