My father was given this letter by Kennedy's Secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, after he interviewed her. He would like to sell it, with it's original envelope included, depending on the offers he gets. The letter was written while Kennedy was a U.S. Senator. Pictures are provided for your convenience. You can list your offers below if you wish, or send me a private message. And just for kicks, here's a clip of my dad talking to Kennedy's secretary in their interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B37HGFBQWek

Hi. I may be interested in your letter, depending on the asking price. What would you like to get for it?
Our asking price is $9,500 with a little room to negotiate. Some people have said that's too much, others have said it's about right but they just don't have the money. My reply to them is that's what we've had it appraised for, and we're not in desperate need of money, so there's not much wiggle room on it.
It is worth about half of what you are asking. I am not interested.
By the way for those saying we're charging too much, his signature alone sells for around $2,000. We're just selling what it's currently worth.
