I know from prior posts that land grants signed after March 2, 1833 are secretarial. The question I have is are all land-grants signed before that date guaranteed to be signed by the president?

I thought the folks who follow this group would like to see this. Got Mrs. Barbara Bush in the mail today. She signed a 2012 Panini Americana trading card, and sent a beautiful letter back to me, talking about her new great-grandchild and to vote for Jeb in 2016. What a classy lady. I will treasure these items always.

Hiya guys, I'm new to this group! was wondering if you guys could give me an opinion on this Nixon? It looks strange to me, like it was printed or the ink was running out? I don't really know I'm new to collecting!

According to my copy of the 7th Edition of the Sanders Autograph Price Guide, a cut Gerald Ford signature (which is what your 3x5 card is classified as) is valued at $64.
