Here is a signature from 1994 in the full signature style Reeve signed right before his tragic accident. Almost a hybrid between the full and stacked signature which was a characteristic of many of his late signatures.

This particular signature of Reeve's is stacked and characteristic of his mid to late 80's signature near height of his career.

This is an early 80's signature of Reeve's that was taken from a movie still. It's very similar to the late 70s Reeve signature but condensed to a certain degree. The C and R are more in proportion with the other letters.

I'd like to add a cool early 80's Reeve that I picked up recently. Thanks to Pete for checking it out for me.

I absolutely love it, JAX. I saw this up for sale not long ago. I think this was definitely a good buy. No doubt whatsoever regarding it's authenticity. This signature is most comparable to the one I posted below as well as the one above.

Thanks so much for sharing this and congratulations on a wonderful piece. Not very often you see these types of color Superman photos signed.

The next signature is taken from a handwritten letter written by Reeve. Another beautiful signature that comes from the late 70s and yet has been slightly modified. No loops in the T and the H with a disconnect between the S and the T. Not a huge change still very obviously Reeve's signature.

Being the fact that most of my experience comes from Christopher Reeve's signature, I would like to begin with an exemplar of his from the late 70's. This particular autograph is a full signature found on one of Reeve's acting contracts. As you can tell, Reeve signifies the importance of the document by detailing each of the letters in his name (something that is often lost in the evolution of the signature of a celebrity especially the more demand the signature brings).

I admit this one shocked me, I saw it on ebay and tossed on a small bid, not even reading all the fine print. About a week later a monster envelope shows up at my door, 11x14 page signed with one huge autograph.

Beautiful signature

Truth Justice and the America Dollar!

This is awesome, Pete! Yours?
