Hi Steve,I don't know why Mr.MUELLER would say that,I been buying from his auction over a year now,and got some Items back last week, and got Items on bid this week, these yellow certificate of authenticity that he send with each Item with his name on is not his name.I have every invoice of the Items I bought from if you like to see. Thanks again joseph
Thanks for the reply Steve, My longest wait has to be a tie betweeen Henry Winkler and Catherine Bach. I got Mrs. Bachs in person a few years back and sent through the mail to get Mr. Winklers to finally get his as well. Take care- robert babb
Oh, sorry for the late reply. Too many things up in the air that I am trying to balance, Mae culpa.
The group I was reffing to was StarTiger.com. I was one of the first to be on the original site...StarArchive.com then they change the name. Ben on the site and made many friend on it. But lately the group that kind of overpowered the majority seem to be very obnoxious and like to start fights. So that is why I added that comment of not wanting to start any fights.
As to joining the group, I thought I had to ask permission like other sites do.
Hello Steve. I was not aware he had released a book. The advice was contained in a download on his website which I read and enjoyed about the 10 steps to verifying autographs.
Wish I'd read this right at the very start of my collecting career !
Thanks for that Steve. Being an American Civil War enthusiast I had bought the book he edited detailing Willard's diary from the 3rd Winsconsin Badgers, but I hadn't realised he had released a general book. One more must buy.
Hey Steve ! Will i guess everyone has seen the Bono and they all say the same thing it is a FAKE ! So Fred Seneses is Like B.T Barum - Or i guess im the sucker on this deal. I just hope someday somone can stop people like him. And he has to pay back to those that they have hurt. There is probably alot of people that have paid into and given to this and have gotten the same as me. Taken for a good ride ! I do hope you and the Autograph Family can put the word out there, dont be taken in by this bunch. And put a stop to it and show them for what they really are. Keep Fighting all thes Bad Guys , so the good people dont get taken... God Bless you and the A/C .magazine. steve mills , williamsburg,ky ....
Hey Mr Cyrkins ! Just received my Nov. 2009 Magazine ! I love The Front Cover Wow ! What a Great way to start things off.One of my Hero Steve McQueen. Then to Read inside the" Inscription" by you. Put your Seat Belts on... i read this and i thought of {2} people in mind You as Roy Rogers and Trigger going after these authenticators. Hi Ho! Steve Away..... Then a Lady that could make you feel her chills in Baby Jane, Ms. Betty Davis... Hang on it's going to be a Bumpy Ride.... These Forgers and Sellers and Theif's on poor folks like me and what i try to do. As you know i was just taken in from a auction site also..And if it wasnt for the good people and others that know there Bono autographs.By those of Autograph Magazine Live .... i would probably just keep on doing it. And not knowing ?
Plus i do have a couple of items that i got in the past, from the same bunch that i bet is fake also... that is not cool at all...Mr. Cyrkins you need to do all you can and tell it like it is. This statement it will be written on your magazine obituary that is what any Theif would say when they get caught, with the goods. I dont think so, you have too many people that dont like these authenticators theifs that are doing this. And i for and being disabled or not is so tired of being walked on and used. But being taken for a bumpy ride those days are over... And we have you to thank for this and the Autograph Magine and staff too give thanks too. Your a Great and Open man a good person and good to your readers. Sure they may get Rocky and the boat will hit some hugh waves here and there. But there is a Light house and the Light shines on those who want to do good. And you keep looking at that Lighthouse. And we in the other boats will watch your backside... You keep doing what you do, and that is Helping others. God Bless you and all at Autograph Magzine..... steve mills , williamsburg,ky

Thanks for the reply Steve, I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving! Iwas wondering because they had a autograph of the monkees for 200 bucks which looked to me to be authentic of all four. Also enjoyed your interview on inside edition. Take care and have a good christmas!
Thanks for the compliment. I've been collecting for approx. 10 years now. Almost all of the autographs were purchased from dealers (mainly registered UACC dealers) and in-person collectors. Take care.
i've invited some of my friends already to this site...
i hope you also remember me in the 'in person scoops' of~
Victoria Beckham; Alice Cooper; Air Supply; & Pete Rose.
im going to go see Mrs. Barbara Eden in April next year at an off-broadway play. its going to be my 3rd time meeting her. She is the absolute most kind celeb i have ever met! Anyways, i'll email you some pictures of some things from then in April 2010 when i go see her... hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
Hi Steve - Great 20/20 spot - You looked great and I am sure that the coverage will have some positive impact. After I saw the show and the talents of a good PhotoShop artist, I became a little concerned on a signed pic that I have. It's a 8/10 color photo of the Mona Lisa being signed by Michelangelo, plus, the dealer sent along a stone tablet carving of Mike signing the photo as evidence (real Flintstone quality) - I really thought it was real, because he was signing with one hand and eating penne pasta with meat sauce with the other hand - and only real history buffs know that he likes the meat sauce, not the plain one. Hee Hee :-), Let's connect soon Tom
Hello Steve,
Mine are signed in BEST WISHES Ray Charles. They were sent to his former managers office in the late 1990's. Did Ray Charles know how to sign his own name? Do you have any examples of his actual signature? Thanks Steve.
Randy
Hi Randy,
All his signatures are questioned, because he signed so little--some say no at all, but I don't believe that. What you probably have is a secretarial by Vernon Troope, his valet and constant companion. I don't have one handy, but it's fairly big and flowing and easy to read. Ray went blind when he was little so his signature wouldn't likely have the polish of an adult's--and none that I've seen and felt could be real did.
I have some brail Playboys Vernon signed. We got together for lunch a number of years ago and he told me the story: Ray Charles was a voracious reader and left brail magazines in every hotel he stayed in. The housekeeping staff would always send them to his next stop, thinking he forgot them. The next hotel would take them up to his room...and on and on. Well they were getting sick of this, so Vernon had the brilliant idea of signing each magazine Ray Charles. Sure enough...no magazine was ever forwarded again.
In an interview some time before Mr. Charles' death, he was purported to have stated that "I'll never sign anything I can't see". I have a signed photo of Ray and have often questioned it's authenticity. It looks secretarial with VERY neat handwriting...DT
I'll give it a try for awhile and see if it keeps my interest. Just an FYI to all concerned. I have used the Harvey Meiselman sports lists for the past 2 years and they are the greatest. Anyone else have good results with his lists?
Hi Steve, so glad I found this website !!!! This article on Autograph Central blows me away!!
How can these fakes keep being sold ????????
I have been too trusting of people but that has changed. It's a sad comment on a great hobby.
