Bush Elementary students in Fulton, MO couldn't get enough of the letter writing done once celebrity items started coming in. In this presentation "Writing For A Reason" was started as an essay contest and several students received valuable signed items for outstanding essays. Following the essay competition, a second class project started where students could write up to two letters to a favorite star.
