I am only commenting again because I respect Terrier tremendously.  It may very well be authentic.  I even enjoyed the story told by Norbert K.  I simply do not see enough typical characteristics.  I would be very surprised if it passed a TPA.  If you trust the seller, go for it.  Just be aware that $3000 is a lot to spend on an autograph with no authentication other than a charming story from 1956.  Best of luck, Linda.
