A handwritten note & envelope by Sinatra to Mama Banducci, a local Palm Springs restaurant. Around New Year's Day, 1968. He was in the middle of a divorce with Mia Farrow at the time.

Apart from the signature and hand, look at the numerals.
I personally find Sinatra to be a real challenge in anything that is not an official document like a contract. His signature varied so much with the years and there have been all sorts of studies but some of them have even proven to be misinformed as more research has been done.
Having said that there are some elements here of his handwriting. Here is a contract from 1961 that I see some traces of similarity with this signature.
Can you share a bit more about your own feeling on the OP piece you posted, Biff? It looks like you are a Sinatra fan/collector.
Look at the "k" on yours and the OP which is often a point mentioned. It should either almost not be there (suggested, ending on the upstroke) or look like an "h" from what I have seen and you have shown. The OP is articulated. One of the other two "k's" is more so. By far the most prominent features in the exemplars shown and those from RR are the size of the "F" and "S" but that is not so on the OP. The word "for," "thanks" or "thank you" and so on. The examples I have shown are quite consistent.
Those look different than the contract I posted, for sure.
These are all pieces from my personal collection. FS's signature changed a lot over the years. I realized he used his secretaries & even his 1st wife, Nancy to sign things in the early days. I just wanted to share some of my items. I agree, unless you saw him sign something in front of you or it was a contract, you can never be 100% with Sinatra. I have a book he signed in '91 for his friend Artie Funair & also a large photo of Frank, Jilly, Artie signed in the mid 90s, which almost looks like he printed it. As his dementia got worse thru the 90s, he used a large printed "F" partially wrote the rest. Many times when he was in public & usually drinking or quickly signing for a fan vs a personal inscription or letter.
