This was signed at a sound stage in Los Angeles in the early 1990's. Phil Collins was there filming a video and afterwards signed several items for the crew that participated. Though Phil did not sign this "for myself", I saw him him sign it along with other items that he then (and another guys that was with him) passed out and took away. I was there trying to obtain his autograph and paid a crew member right on the spot $300.00 for the drum head. Phil also signed 2 photographs for me and others that were there as well.
