Van Morrison 1960s Signature Autograph (UK)

A page taken from an autograph book that has been signed in blue pen by Van Morrison. The page also has the words ‘Lead singer of Them and April 26th’ written in an unknown hand. The signature dates from circa 1965. There is some light tape staining to the page. It measures 11.5cm x 10cm (4.5 inches x 4 inches). The condition is very good minus.
