"The brown / gray tone is very common. This is what happens when black water-based felt tip is exposed to UV over time. I probably have 100+ such similar examples in my files. "

"The whole thing appears quite toned from age and those apparently acidic mats. Perhaps to a degree that the ink color (itself faded) appears different on this texture with felt tip. I have seen this "brown" ink color on sigs once…"

"They look genuine but the fading to that brown looks strange to me. I'm used to seeing them in blue or black and the color combined with the thickness made me think it could be stamped. "

"Great! I thought they looked like pretty faded felt tip sigs on "rough" paper and not stamps from looking at others online (I can just see crossover in the Buzz) but could not say for sure from the photograph. I could not find matching…"

"I mean photocopy, laser copy or some sort of reproduction of an original. It can sometimes be difficult to discern when an item is under glass."
