"Here is one I used to have from the litho John and Yoko. If I saw the ones you posted in isolation I would say they are not John's handwriting (while mine clearly was). The common John Lennon signature trademark you see around is based on…"

"A nice looking set, if it is live ink. It would be great if there was a database somewhere of hundreds of authentic examples. Perhaps there is a copyright issue with such a venture. There were some online attempts years ago, venue by venue, year by…"

"They did sign prolifically as they went up and down the UK in 1963 and were less accessible after that. Fans would get them at stage door, in coffee shops, on the way to the venue and myriad other places.  They performed more than 200 times in…"

JDZelenka replied to NeilG's discussion What's everyones opinions on this Paul McCarty signed programme
"Well I don't know if you have seen how Paul signs these days even on his official signed books but unfortunately it looks nothing like that - more like a P, and M and a squiggle. Attached is a recent sample. I am calling fake on that one"

"On value, Frank Caiazzo sold an authentically signed version of this cover a little more than a year ago for about $24,000. I have seen some at auction slightly cheaper."

JDZelenka replied to NeilG's discussion Thoughts on these Paul’s please
"Here is one of mine to compare with. I give these two the benefit of the doubt but not enough that I would invest money in them. My example came from the collection of Tom Fontaine and is featured in his book, plus carries a Frank C letter.…"

JDZelenka replied to NeilG's discussion Thoughts on these Paul’s please
"Modern abbreviated Pauls are a difficult area and much forged. Although I would not buy these without a Tracks or Frank C COA I am of the opinion these are Paul's handwriting."
