Are my Michael Jackson Autographs real or not?

I've looked around the internet and have found some Michael Jackson autograph that resemble the ones I have.  I got these autographs from a autograph dealer in Colo. Springs.  I don't know if they are real.  Does anyone have any imput?

I don't think this one is good.

Oh Dang!  That dealer ripped me off.  He has a booth of autographs at the local Antique Mall in Colo. Spgs. He even include a COA from ACE/ Justin Priddy.  I guess I was doobed on this one.  The guy at the Antique mall, even has a Michaeal Jackson CD set where you get 4 total signatures, 2 on CDs and 2 on the inside covers.  I got real excited, and was about to purchase the autographed CD for $175, but my wife told me to get the one I had checked out.

This looks pretty bad. Very typical of ACE material. I'd try to get a refund and listen to the voice of reason, aka the wife, next time.

ACE, Justin Priddy.  That says it all.

I have being seeing a lot of stuff come across bad from ACE...not MJ in particular but this one is a better quality fake then usual I will also add...as we all know MJ has now passed for about 2 years now and an authentic set of autos should be a huge red flag if its as cheap as $175.00 The seller may also not know what there selling either...but if you can get a refund on this I would suggest it...

Dang.... I paid $150 on 2 bunk Michael Jackson autographs.  I will call the Antique mall back and ask them to contact the dealer for a refund.  If he believe these autographs are real, then you would think that he would have no problem refunding my money, you would think right.

Steve,

I think it's highly unlikely the dealer thought they were real. Real Michael Jackson signed photos generally run at least $400-$500 each, unless you get a steal on one at auction, and popular photos like yours would sell quickly.

Consider filing a police report before these guys disappear. The police may not file charges without more victims or if they give you a refund, but it will make them aware and hopefully make the seller realize there could be severe consequences to knowingly selling forgeries.

I would need proof to go to cops you would think.  It would cost me money to get them officially declaired forgeries right?

You can file a report, but it's up to the police to decide if they're going to act on it. And it's up to them to prove it if they do. I would go to the police and talk about it. They may say try to get a refund first or give you some other advice, but I think it's important that a report be filed in case others sold forgeries from the same party go to the cops.

I called the Antique mall, and their policy that all sales are final, no refunds, no returns. However, I think they are going to give me a refund because she asked me to come in with my reciept.  I have a great relationship with this store.  I buy lots of stuff from their sellers.  I would be happy if they gave me a refund.
