Ebay seller Scchri_1236 writes in their title description "New Jersey 1988."
100% lie.
The image was produced on inkjet; it's basically a copy of forgeries.

every forgery style seems to have COA's with the same verbage, only recognizing an opinion rendered by a Board Certified, Court Qualified Document Examiner. These FDE's all have one things in common. Their COA on an item virtually guarantees that it is fake.

Sellers like this think they are so smart. If you're selling an "authentic" 500 Homerun Club poster for $499.99 or Best Offer, that means you got it cheap. Well, there's a reason why you got it cheap!!!
