Here's a another new COA that I observed on Ebay.

It's from ICZ Auctions.

They paired up their COA with the below forged Mickey Mantle photo.

The majority of so-called COAs (Certificate Of Authenticity) on Ebay are worthless, but with Ebay so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers, it is actually easier to sell forgeries on Ebay then it is authentic autographs.

Ebay does not, and I repeat, does not, filter out the forgeries.

Ebay is probably the easiest auction platform to sell forgeries.
