Let's check out this Florida forgery sold by Ebay seller Rickfranc for a whopping $53.00.

According to Ebay seller Rickfranc this "Mantle" that sold for $53.00 is a Stunner.

Worthless COA from Pro Signed Sports.  I have never observed one authentic autograph with their COA.

Note the Nicholas Burczyk sticker on the bottom right.  Even thought Nicholas Burczyk is is Ebay's Banned COA List, Mr. Burczyk never examined any sports autographs.  His name was used and abused by Mr. Florida.
