Mickey Mantle Signed Photo Forgery EBay Seller Alternative7man

Here's another typical Mickey Mantle "Florida" forgery.

This Mickey Mantle forgery is listed by EBay seller alternative7man.

The COA from MFP Reborn is directly related to the following bogus COAs:  Nicholas Burczyk, Myst-O-Graph, My Favorite Players, YMC Sports and others.

This piece-of-crap Mickey Mantle forgery (listed by EBay seller alternative7man) was probably purchased at a local auction, charity auction, estate sale, Proxibid, AuctionZip, etc.   These forgeries are purchased by people with ZERO knowledge of autographs and they are only looking to flip their forgeries on EBay for a tidy profit.

At least you can sit on em and there is no argument that they are real, lol.  I got that in a box lot at an auction with alot of real stuff in it that was worth alot more than that picture.  Just sayin...only reason I joined this thing is to defend myself...if the AMA people dont agree that its real tomorrow, I'll burn it!

And as for that * I didn't copy anyone, I put that disclaimer on there after someone on this list sent me a message showing me the derogatory post on here.

I would just burn the "slip" and be done with it...and if you do again get some education before you make the mistake again...this hobby like antiques is flooded with fakes and makes it difficult for people like me

don't label you?  YOU just labeled US s harris. "people that pay huge amounts of money for some damn ink on a slip of paper are stupid"?  that is not a label? and doesnt that make you a predator?  I mean, taking advantage of idiots like us, by "trying" to sell "some damn ink on a slip of paper" that happens to be a forgery?

I don't are what business you happen to be in, YOU are responsible for the product you sell.  Attitudes like yours are prevalent on ebay, that is why it is the cess pool for forgeries that it is.

If the seller is so concerned about his reputation, then why hasn't he canceled his auction?

Not only hasn't he removed his auction yet, but he actually lowered the starting bid and "Buy It Now" price.

His original starting bid was $189.99 with a "Buy It Now" of $229.99.   He revised his auction so that the starting bid his $149.99 and the "Buy It Now" is $169.99.

His "only concern" is selling it for a profit.

The item has been removed from ebay.

Bottom line, S Harris knew he had a forgery and was still going to sell it. If you didnt know this, their is no way on this planet, you would have offered it for the price you did. You knew it was a forgery, and you still do. Yet you will still sell it. Yep your a great ebayer all right.

Not to mention your COA is banned on ebay. Did you even take the time to see that the item you were listing with the COA it had, was banned from ebay for everything being fake? No i guess not

I totally agree with you, Carl.

Great job Mr Williams, some poor guy could have wasted a lot of money  on that forgery. The seller might not have realised it was bad but he sure was asking a good price for it.  If you contact me and give me your address I would like to send you something. shrike59@verizon.net
