Well, no response of any kind from American Royal Arts or their legal firm Fowler White Burnett in Florida. The Fowler White Burnett, lawyer in this matter, Joseph Ackerman has been completely non responsive since receiving my letters that cite all of my American Royal Arts purchases as being in-genuine via e-mail 2 weeks ago August 10th 2010. This after receiving a letter from him dated July 13th 2010 that correspondence in the matter should be directed specifically to him. No one at Fowler White Burnett will even acknowledge receipt of the letters of de-authentication. So one company (ARA) won't honor their refund policy and their legal team won't return correspondence from their clientele. I feel this is wildly unprofessional behavior from both firms to say the least.

Well, a formal response from Fowler White & Burnett, the ARA legal rep.
Bear in mind they had no interest in responding to my evidence that my purchases were in genuine. They respond only after I publicly posted my experience, potentially affecting their clients reputation.
Check out the response, my thoughts on it, and my reply.
