Here is another forged/counterfeit Willie Mays "2003 Topps Legends" card that PSA has authenticated.

This is totally unacceptable.

Does this happen because the authenticator assumed that because it's a "Topps Issued" autograph, or, is it just ineptness?

Over the years I have contacted PSA about the various forged/counterfeit cards that they have graded/authenticated hoping that they would contact Ebay to remove them, but I have yet to observe that.

The Mays on the left is authentic and the one on the right is the forged/counterfeit card.
