Epperson coa with Muhammad Ali autograph?

Can anyone comment on this - I was under the impression epperson only did music.

The autograph isn't visible enough to make a good determination from the scan so I'm asking if he actually does sports people

I think he is out of the country. I also think that if people didn't treat him like s*** he may come around more often.

I'm guessing he (Roger) issued the LOA based on Spence approval. Why do that? I don't know other than someone asked him to.
