Inexpensive Authentication Service?

Can anyone recommend an the most inexpensive UACC authentication service that would provide a verification letter? I'm trying to get a refund for 3 signed cards/album pages, but it would hardly be worth the money to pay large fees to have it done.

Any suggestions?
