Phil Collins autograph

Hi! My first post to this forum and its about this signed Phil Collins Record album, which is being sold on eBay by a seller named top-signatures. Any thoughts on this?

It's rushed, though it shares similar traits to the Phil's that I have got face to face.   I would say it's real, though there isn't enough detail in it for me to be confident to pay any sizeable sum.  Just my opinion :-))
