Hi guys;

I recently purchased a foreclosed house, a horder house!  and came across a few hundred vinyl records..All 70's original us , some beatles, fleetwood Mack, Pink Floyd, Chicago.. tons of stuff

I found some signed stuff too, and will be identifying it, but I do need an opinion on These 2 signatures looking at the signatures and matching them with others online I am positive this record is signed by John McVie and Lindsey Buckingham. 

Do you think these are authentic? the guy that collected this stuff was an elderly gentlemen and a horder, so I do not think he would try and write these names on this stuff.

also if they are indeed real, what do you think i can get for this LP after I get a cert of authenticity?
