Two More Beatles Signed Pages

Just came across these two sets. The first one looks familiar but I can't place it and the second one looks like Mal or Neil. Any thoughts.

The first set looks like a decent set from 1962 at least in terms of form of the signatures.

I'd just forget about the second set personally.

The first one is fine...very early 1963...never mind the other one!!!
