Beatles Signed Early Promo Card

Here is an interesting promo card with a Frank Caiazzo COA. The picture from the seller looks like a copy? It lacks the contrast in Frank's photo and it's missing the card texture. Do you think this is a copy or just a bad photo of the original.

In all honesty I think that it’s probably fine. Different scanner settings can highlight different qualities in the original item.
