Elton John and Bernie Taupin

I haven't been able to find this....it's not a book, but it's 30 some odd pages, with the signatures on it, I've found them without.  I'm having an awful time figuring out how to tell if a signature is pre-printed.

Anyhow, thoughts on this would be appreciated, as always.

That is the booklet from the To Be Continued CD box set and the signatures of Elton and Bernie are hand signed. Great item!
