Found a book signed by Reagan and others

The only one I recognize is the Reagan signature so any info on the others would be greatly appreciated. I found the book in a pile of free books. Would this be worth authenticating and if so about how much would it cost to do so?

Now that you say that I gave it a second look and it does look wrong. I wonder what the story is behind this, I think it was a gift to a university student. One of the signatures seems to be a professor at a college near me. Maybe the book fell into the wrong hands and that person decided to add the Reagan autograph to try and sell it but realized it looked bad and gave up on the idea.

LOL I have no clue what the story is behind this. For all I know it was forged and then given to the student.
