Newbee asking for some help with Van Halen signatures

Hi guys, I'm just starting collecting autographs by my favorite musicians, and I wonder if you could perhaps be of some assistance on an album cover signed by Van Halen, "original" members. I already made a fool of my self on an ebay auction so I though I get someone else opinion on this one.
