Noticed a few of these fully signed Floyd albums to hit the market via dealers/eBay....both of which share same characteristics for David, Nick, and Rick - all three are not authentic. These albums have came out of the UK.

The first item below, the Waters is definitely authentic and one the second album, I would lean more toward not likely authentic for Roger (or if authentic - VERY atypical). However, I am very confident that these are coming from the same source and I am very confident that the other three are NOT authentic. FYI to avoid.

Regarding the Pink Floyd albums I have on my website. The ummagumma has been sold to a well known collector in Chelsea, London. He did send it away for TPA and it passed.

The Pink Floyd Lp's were all purchased from an in person collector, I have seen photographs of him with the stars (he's met a lot including McCartney, Stones etc) I have also seen videos of some of these items being signed. RRAuction over the years have took 3 of these fully signed Lp's from me. All passed RRAuction authenticators and also their TPA.

These big companies and TPA's have a lot more experience than Forum members with no credentials.

The Led Zeppelin set, this really does make me laugh also. How quick people on these forums can all jump on the band wagon without possibly ever having a genuine set of autographs. This set has been authenticated by BAS (Beckett Authentication), Frasers Autographs and I have shown proof that I had an email from TRACKS stating they were interested in purchasing this set. So all these companies are wrong but the likes of Tim G and Goodcat know better???

Goodcat also jumped in and said my Beatles set and Yardbirds set are also not real. Goodcat, have you ever seen a real set or owned a set? Honestly!!! I can guarantee any TPA would authenticate these. Anyone with a bit of sense can see these are genuine.

After reading all these comments on here its no wonder well known dealers and collectors have removed themselves from this site. The downfall of this forum is people without any authenticity or autograph knowledge offer their worthless opinions.

Here are the Beatles and Yardbirds set that Goodcat questioned. I would say do some research before you offer your opinions.

you read my post wrong... jeezus fk man

I said.... your Yardbirds, Zep, Floyd (3 signed photo) Beatles,  were LEGIT

The 4 you have posted as new items I was talking about.

Holy crap, why is everyone misinterpreting my comments lately. It's pssing me off now

Hi Greig,

I would like to get back to the Pink Floyd albums in the original post. I am disappointed to hear that it has been sold. It is quite obvious that the Gilmour / Wright / and Mason signatures in each of these albums I have posted were performed in the same hand. They are obvious forgeries amongst the Pink Floyd autograph community, and I am sure that other members who are also knowledgeable with the band can also attest to this.

In regards to the source of the albums, would you be able to provide any concrete evidence of the IP dealer, photos and/or videos of any member signing these albums? Also, I am curious as to which TPA has approved this album and whether RR / Epperson have approved these in the past? Full disclosure is that RR themselves have sold Floyd forgeries in the past, therefore that should be no proof that with their approval that the item is genuine.

You may speak down upon members here, but I know for a fact many here have much more knowledge than any TPA or auction house

You say that RR have sold forgeries in the past but that’s your opinion. I’m sure they and Roger believe their authentic. Their opinions I’m positive have much more credentials and backing.

I honestly can’t see how you believed the two Lp’s you posted that the Gilmour, Mason and Wright are all in the same hand in them both.

Apart from the inconsistencies in comparison to genuine signatures, here is what I am also seeing particularly between the Gilmour & Wright's..

Also - if you think that RR is completely clean, you sir are oblivious. Here are two fully signed Floyd albums that sold on RR that are complete forgeries.

The Gilmour are completely different. The D at the start. The a. The end D in David. All totally different.

The one I have you can see dates from around the 90’s. The other which I don’t believe is authentic is trying to copy a recent style of his signature.

Both styles if you see different (which I believe are same hand) are not the signatures of Gilmour & Wright. Letter formations alone are not consistent to genuine examples.

Please do share more information regarding the source / evidence of signatures and the TPA who certed this piece.

Greig - your lord and savior has spoken. Thank god you sold it already. Would be quite the financial burden.

Do you have proof of that?

Greig

it's funny you are asking members for proof yet you will not post proof of your items.

btw... I happen to know that Tim deals w/ Roger very frequently and if he says it's so then it's so...period

And Seamus has a rock solid reputation for Floyd sigs

Where’s this proof from Roger??

It’s great how I refuse to offer you a discount on my items you come on here and bad mouth me. Not only in this occasion but many other posts.
