WHITNEY HOUSTON Is it real?

Any chance this is real of Whitney?  And if so what would you estimate is a good price.  I have the chance to buy it.  It does come with a COA but we all know they aren't worth the paper they are written on.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not real at all. And homemade COA mean nothing, as you say.
