Help identifying signatures on KISS vinyl

I recently bought KISS Rock And Roll Over vinyl, German edition from 1977. After I took it home i noticed signatures on cover and on the LP itself. I don't know is this anything, but I would like to know, so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Reads Wagner a very common name here in germany. I asume former owner of the record just signed it to proof that is his in case he lends it to a friend. This sadly was common practice for a long time and ruined some good covers.

Can you maybe read the other signature on the cover? I also believe it's just owners signature, but I want to be sure. Thank you very much

Yes the one with biro reads Bernd Wagner the other with felttip I can't make out but nothing Kiss related in my opinion. Just a regular record with a messed up cover, sorry.
