I have found an old 1940's autograph book and among signatures of everyday people (family, friends etc) there are signatures in it from the 1940's Indian cricket team and one I believe is from WWII pop singer Dame Vera Lynn.

Is this worth much?

Sadly not a lot of value here. A genuine Vera Lynn as above can be sourced for around £20-30.

Because international test cricket during WW2 was pretty much postponed due to the allies fighting globally, there was no test cricket and as the autograph page shows, certainly no "big names" in the Indian team during those years although they did compete against each other domestically.
