Tom Brady Autograph - Legit?

Hi all,

Any thoughts on if this Tom Brady auto is legit? No COA now and want to make sure it could hold water as being a legit Tom Brady autograph before spending to get it looked at by an authenticator.

This, too me, is not a slam dunk either way.  But I think ultimately it is a very decent forgery attempt.  See what others think.
