In my opinion, these are both authentic.

The first one is 100% REAL. 

The second photo is FAKE.

Thank you both for your help. That would explain why the first one sold so quickly. It was priced so low I doubted it's authenticity and hesitated too long sadly. Oh well, I'll keep looking. EBay is like walking a minefield, with all the fakes there so I'd rather err on the overcautious side.

Oh I’m sure that the first one was sold fast Because of the authenticity. I love checking George Michael’s autographs and I’m quite an expert too. & I know the first photo seems like it’s been through a lot but the signature is 100% REAL! NO DOUBT.

First one is real.  The second one could be an authentic, but a rushed autograph.
