opinions on this Green Day?

Hey,

Long time lurker here. I'm pretty good at spotting fakes when it comes to actors but musicians usually leave me stumped. I'm interested in purchasing this, but I'm not sure about the authenticity. I asked the seller and they said it was a piece from a large collection of autographs they bought off an old collector. Any help would be great, thanks!

Both sellers come with a COA. The second says it was in person in 2017.
