Very atypical imho. I would suggest caution, but would also suggest looking for additional feedback from others to be sure.

Impossible to say. It is far off from hat I have seen and was legit. But she was high so often and some parts match the flow of her known autograph. I wouldn't touch it unless it has a rock solid proof and I am talking here about a video showing how she signed it other then this you spend the money and it will be worthless a second after as no serious collector will ever consider this graph in the collection

Sorry but I would have to say "NO" IMO.

Here are some real in-person signed "Love Amy" items. Never seen "Love" written that way, and the "A" in Amy?

you don't know if some of these items are sold right?
I would love to have something signed by her with proof, but it is very difficult to find something like that, impossible I would say, everything is sold.
