Icons.com. Opinions?

Hello everybody. 

Did anyone experienced a purchase at Icons.com. ? I am reading that many customers are dissatisfied cause the non genuineness of their autographs...

icons is one of the best fooball/soccer companies around. i always found them a bit expensive but legit.

unless something has happened and changed that?

They get confused often with Iconic Auctions and I know Iconic is pretty rock solid as a whole
