The first is all fake. Not a fan of the second one.

The PSA sticker is fake and the COA number has been taken from this legit signed magazine

Thanks BC. I thought the magazine looked off..sticker and the “W”.  Not a fan of the second because you question it or just the item itself. It is my understanding it was obtained in person 2 years ago at a golf tournament in Michigan.

The overall construction just seems a little off. I don't think Tiger has played at any tournaments in Michigan is quite a while, certainly not in the last 2 years.

The first is totally fake.  I think there is a chance the second is good although the W is throwing me off

The "w" through me also as at first as I didn't see the rest of downstroke after the miss in the curve at first.
