Why? 

I have found similar item also signed during Ozzfest '99 and to me it looks exacly the same... And this is from action from WorthPoint sold by the one who obtai ed these Signatures in person.

For a fully signed Sabbath LP, it is probably worth spending $15 on a quick opinion by Epperson, Becket or JSA.
