Rare MJ find or not?

Hi Guys, 

Just come across this signed mj piece which also includes his fingerprints.. Not seen anything like this before but it doesn't come cheap and is up for £11k...id like to hear your opinions on it.. There's lots of photos of the owner with mj who had it signed in her store with him.

What do you think? Real or fake?
