Liza Minnelli 8x10 photo with signature -- opinions?

Here's another from a collector's estate:

Liza Minnelli 8x10 publicity photo (portrait, late 1980s). Presumably obtained by mail (note "Rec'd 4-20-87" is written in light pencil on back), but not inscribed. Looks hand-signed, but did Liza sign her own photos or an assistant?
