This is a forgery imo. Could be from the same person like this one which was on ebay last week.

The Signature looks good in my opinion.
It can also be a fake, but then it's a very good fake.
The only thing that is questionable for me is, that the ball point color still looks pretty good in contrast to the Sheet.

If it's a forgery, it is a very good one. Worth investigating further.

Who is selling it, and what is the price? Is there any history etc.

I found this Michael Jackson signature that shares an identical “J”.
