This is his autograph but the image you uploaded I personally cannot determine whether this is preprint, autopen or what. I would suggest more scans of the piece.

its close but there is something in the last name that is missing from his authentic versions.

I think this is a pre President piece because (1) it’s centered, if you are at a rally he wouldn’t take the time to center it. (2) If you wrote the White House it would be on WH stationary. I think it’s from Apprentice days and in that case most of them were pre-prints. I think it could be that, just my two cents.
