Tom Petty real or fake

I bought this about a year ago and had my doubts but I now think it’s a fake.

What do you think?

I’ve also seen the seller since then described on a Bowie site as a serial fraudster. (Newwavesoundz on eBay

I think so too. Strangely the signature on the bottom right is not a Heartbreaker and Mike Campbell's signature is not on it
