Hello, I have this book (belonged to my father) it is an autobiography by Benito Mussolini and is signed inside. is it his signature? is it authentic?  How could I get it valued if it is?

No from me, not even close. Much too steeply and strainedly written, not intuitive. And a dedication in english??

Somebody was trying to be comical when they forged this. Also, Mussolini has probably the most pronounced “M” I have ever seen on authentic examples.

Also, the dedication — pastafazool — is clearly a joke based on the 1927 novelty song “Pastafazoola”, which mentions Mussolini by name:

A native-born Italian would never use that term because it’s an American bastardisation of the Neapolitan dish pasta e fasule.  They would certainly never use it as a greeting because that makes no sense whatsoever.
