I’m not sure if this is a recent thing or not, but it made the news today:

am i missing something? eventually a fan buys it and will pay more for it . no logic there . they are just greedy and want the money they could make which they don’t need anyway. it’s a joke really

"enjoy your life and scribble a few autographs . it won’t kill you!!"

Very tactful comment when his bandmate famously got shot dead by the last guy he signed a autograph for.

btw - I tried a through the mail autograph request with a fan letter as a Beatles obsessed teenager back in 1997, unless this was just me - even back then requests were forwarded on to the guy from Paul's "Fun Club" and sent a letter explaining if Paul signed all the autographs people wanted he'd have no time to actually make the music.

Thank Goodness we have some normal people out there Jenna! I was starting to lose faith in the hobby and people protecting these celebrity’s who are only famous because of the fans! you rock Jenna!!

Good point about Lennon.

Ringo Starr was the only Beatle who was easily available TTM in recent decades.  I got a couple small photos from him before he shut it down some years ago. So. I guess Ringo is my favorite Beatle. :-)
