In my humble opinion Groenig did this at the San Diego Comic Con. Mine comes from a friend who grew up in San Diego and went every year to get the sketches.

Thank you very much for your opinion. It might be real or a good forgery. The last G in Groening looks off. On the other hand there are a few characteristics how he paints the head, eyes...
